 Thời gian bảo hành tính theo linh kiện kể từ ngày hai Bên ký biên bản bàn giao và nghiệm thu thiết bị.
• Bên B chịu trách nhiệm bảo hành các sản phẩm do lỗi của nhà sản xuất.
• Nếu sự cố xuất phát từ việc hư hỏng thiết bị phần cứng hoặc phần mềm do Bên B cung cấp và nếu có yêu cầu của lãnh đạo cơ quan, Bên B sẽ cử ngay cán bộ kỹ thuật đến kiểm tra, khắc phục.
• Bên B không chịu trách nhiệm bảo hành các lỗi do người sử dụng như : virus tin học, ẩm ướt, va chạm mạnh, sét đánh, côn trùng, các lỗi do sử dụng điện như điện áp không ổn định, chập điện, hỏa hoạn, các linh kiện bị cháy, nổ chip....v.v.
• Trong qua trình sử dụng nếu có hư hỏng bên A sẽ liên lạc với bên B bằng điện thoại và bên B phải cử người đến ngay lập tức để xử lý.
• Các chi tiết khác được đính kèm theo phiếu bảo hành thiết bị.
