Lần 1: HOUEI có trách nhiệm chuyển 150.000 USD (Một trăm năm mươi nghìn đô la mỹ) vào tài khoản của Bên B trong vòng 20 ngày kể từ ngày ký hợp đồng.
Lần 2: HOUEI có trách nhiệm chuyển 296.000 USD (Hai trăm chím mươi sáu nghìn đô la mỹ) vào tài khoản của Bên B sau khi Bên B thực hiện xong việc đền bù san lấp mặt bằng dự án và bước vào giai đoạn xây dựng nhà máy.
Lần 3: HOUEI có trách nhiệm chuyển 150.000 USD (Hai trăm chím mươi sáu nghìn đô la mỹ) vào tài khoản của Bên B sau khi Bên B thực hiện xong việc xây dựng Nhà xưởng cho dây chuyền sản xuất số 1.
Lần 4: HOUEI có trách nhiệm chuyển 170.000 USD (Hai trăm chím mươi sáu nghìn đô la mỹ) vào tài khoản của Bên B sau khi Bên B thực hiện xong việc xây dựng Nhà xưởng cho dây chuyền sản xuất số 3.
Lần 5: HOUEI có trách nhiệm chuyển 156.000 USD (Hai trăm chím mươi sáu nghìn đô la mỹ) vào tài khoản của Bên B sau khi Bên B kết thúc giai đoạn lắp đặt chạy thử máy móc thiết bị cho sản phẩm ổn định.
