Sau khi Hội đồng thành viên ASEANA

Sau khi Hội đồng thành viên ASEANA PARTNERS PTE.LTD thảo luận, thống nhất kế hoạch kinh doanh sắp tới của Công ty, Đại diện theo pháp luật – Ông NEO LAY HIANG PAMELA – Chức vụ: Giám đốc thay mặt Hội đồng thành viên quyết định như sau:

1. Đồng ý đầu tư mua lại toàn bộ phần vốn góp/vốn điều lệ Công ty TNHH Một thành viên ASEANA (bao gồm số vốn đã góp và quyền góp vốn còn lại cho đến thời điểm hiện tại) với giá 63.160 USD (Bằng chữ: sáu mươi ba nghìn, một trăm sáu mươi đô la Mỹ) tương đương 1.357.940.000 VNĐ (Một tỷ, ba trăm năm mươi bảy triệu, chín trăm bốn mươi nghìn đồng).
2. Ủy quyền cho ông TOMOHIRO IMAIZUMI với tư cách là người đại diện chủ sở hữu ASEANA PARTNERS PTE.LTD là ông NEO LAY HIANG PAMELA được
toàn quyền quyết định các vấn đề liên quan đến Công ty TNHH Một thành viên
ASEANA.
3. Ủy quyền cho ông TOMOHIRO IMAIZUMI thay mặt cho ASEANA PARTNERS PTE.LTD đại diện, quản lý nguồn vốn đầu tư vào Việt Nam.
4. Quyết định này có hiệu lực từ ngày ký.
