Khi một Bên vi phạm nghiêm trọng nghĩa vụ của mình theo quy định tại Hợp Đồng, mặc dù đã được Bên kia yêu cầu khắc phục trong thời hạn quy định tại Điều 7 của Hợp Đồng mà vẫn không khắc phục được.
