ĐIỀU 6: HIỆU LƯC HỢP ĐỒNG
6.1- Hợp đồng này có hiệu lực 5 năm kể từ ngày ......đến .............
6.2- Nếu vi phạm các điều khoản đã ký, một trong hai bên được quyền chấm dứt hợp đồng. Và phải thông báo cho nhau biết trước bằng văn bản trong thời gian 03 tháng
6.3- Trong thời hạn hiệu lực của hợp đồng, nếu một trong hai bên đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng không có lý do chính đáng, sẽ phải bồi thường thiệt hại cho bên còn lại
6.4- Khi sắp hết thời hạn của hợp đồng vì một lý do nào đó không tiếp tục gia hạn hợp đồng, hai bên phải thông báo cho nhau biết trước trong thời hạn 06 tháng bằng văn bản, tạo điều kiện cho hai bên có thời gian chuẩn bị kế hoạch kinh doanh của công ty
ĐIỀU 7: ĐIỀU KHOẢN CHUNG
7.1- Hai bên cam kết thực hiện nghiêm túc các điều khoản đã ký. Trong thời hạn của hợp đồng, nếu có điều khoản nào cần thay đổi cho phù hợp với tình hình thức tế, hai bên sẽ cùng nhau xem xét và thỏa thuận trong những phụ kiên, những phụ kiện nếu có sẽ là một phần không tách rời của hợp đồng này
7.2- Mọi tranh chấp xảy ra nếu có sẽ được giải quyết bởi các cơ quan có thâm quyền theo pháp luật hiện hành của Việt Nam
7.3- Hợp đồng này được lập thành 04 bản, mỗi bên giữu 02 bản có giá trị pháp lý như nhau
