- Đối với 05 tua-bin ngoài khơi (cách bờ biển Trà Vinh trên 3 km), công suất tương đương 10 MW, đề xuất giá bán điện là 16 UScents/kWh (không bao gồm thuế GTGT).
Đơn giá bán điện sẽ được quy đổi theo tỷ giá vào từng thời điểm mà Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam công bố.
Xét thấy kiến nghị của nhà đầu tư là phù hợp, nhằm tạo điều kiện cho việc triển khai nhanh và phát huy hiệu quả dự án, Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Trà Vinh kiến nghị Văn phòng Chính phủ xem xét trình Thủ tướng Chính phủ giá bán điện vào lưới điện quốc gia của Nhà máy Điện gió Hàn Quốc - Trà Vinh (giai đoạn 1) như kiến nghị của nhà đầu tư;
