Khu vực vùng 5 bao gồm các quận 4, 7 và Nhà Bè được cung cấp bởi tuyến ống D2000 bắt nguồn từ nhà máy nước BOO đến ngã 4 Bình Thái và giảm đường kính xuống D1500 từ ngã 4 Bình Thái đến Huỳnh Tấn Phát, đồng thời khu vực vùng 5 còn được bổ sung thêm tuyến ống D1800 từ Bình Thái - cầu Phú Mỹ và Cầu Phú Mỹ đến quốc lộ 50 trên đường Nguyễn Văn Linh . Các tuyến ống này cung cấp cho khu vực vùng 5 với cột áp của máy bơm ở nhà máy nước được cung cấp xấp xỉ 52m (NMN Thủ Đức) và 45m(BOO).Các tuyến ống được minh họa trong hình 6.23.
