Điều 11: Cam kết chung
11.1. Hợp đồng này chỉ có thể được sửa đổi, bổ sung sau khi có thoả thuận bằng văn bản của cả hai bên.
11.2. Mọi điều khoản khác có liên quan không được quy định cụ thể tại Hợp đồng này sẽ được các bên thực hiện theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam hiện hành.
11.3. Hai bên cam kết thực hiện nghiêm túc các điều khoản đã ký kết.
11.4. Mọi thoả thuận, thoả ước trước đây trái với tinh thần và các điều khoản của Hợp đồng này đều bị huỷ bỏ.
Hợp đồng này được lập thành bốn (04) bản gốc có giá trị pháp lý như nhau, mỗi bên giữ hai (02) bản. Hai bên cam kết thực hiện nghiêm chỉnh và đầy đủ Hợp đồng này.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

11.1. This Agreement may only be amended and supplemented after the written agreement of both parties.
11.2. Any other relevant terms are not specified in this Agreement shall be the parties to comply with Vietnam law in force.
11.3. The two sides pledged to strictly implement the terms signed.
11.4. All agreements, agreements which are contrary to the spirit and the terms of this contract be canceled.
This contract is made in four (04) original have the same legal value, each party keeps two ( 02) copies. The two sides pledged to strictly implement and complete this contract.
