Anco sắp niêm yết 1.300 tỷ đồng trái phiếu lên HoSE

Hồ sơ niêm yết đã được doanh nghiệp thức ăn chăn nuôi này gửi lên HoSE vào ngày 8/11/2016.
Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán TP.HCM vừa thông báo đã nhận được hồ sơ đăng ký niêm yết trái phiếu của Công ty Cổ phần Dinh dưỡng Nông nghiệp Quốc Tế (Anco) vào 08/11/2016.
Theo đó, Anco sẽ niêm yết toàn bộ 13 triệu trái phiếu trên HoSE. Trái phiếu có mệnh giá 100.000 đồng. Công ty TNHH Chứng khoán Kỹ Thương là tổ chức tư vấn cho đơn vị này.

Thị trường trái phiếu doanh nghiệp tại Việt Nam hiện vẫn chưa có sự phát triển đáng kể. Trên sàn chứng khoán Tp. Hồ Chí Minh, hiện mới có hai doanh nghiệp niêm yết trái phiếu gồm Tập đoàn Vingroup – CTCP và CTCP Đầu tư Hạ tầng Kỹ thuật Tp. Hồ Chí Minh.
Việc đa dạng hóa các sản phẩm trên thị trường chứng khoán là một trong các mục tiêu của Ủy ban Chứng khoán. Dự kiến, thị trường phái sinh sẽ được vào vận hàng năm 2017, đồng thời một đề án về trái phiếu doanh nghiệp cũng đã được trình lên chính phủ và kỳ vọng sẽ có thị trường trái phiếu doanh nghiệp trong năm 2018.
