Tổ chức không gian, cây xanh, sân, đường giao thông nội bộ kết hợp với bố cục các công trình trong khu đất để tạo cảnh quan kiến trúc hài hòa, hợp lý và phù hợp với chức năng sử dụng;
Hình thức kiến trúc hiện đại, vật liệu hoàn thiện và màu sắc công trình hài hòa với cảnh quan kiến trúc khu vực.
