Người bệnh giữ toa thuốc và theo dõi số thứ tự ở phía dưới bên trái toa thuốc sẽ hiện trên màn hình ở quầy phát thuốc từ quầy 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17. Khi người bệnh thấy STT của mình hiện trên màn hình ở quầy nào thì bước vào quầy đó và xuất trình toa thuốc cho nhân viên phát thuốc.
Lưu ý: Riêng Trẻ em dưới 6 tuổi và người bệnh YÊU CẦU (dịch vụ) sẽ nhận thuốc ở quầy phát thuốc số 14.
