Xin chào các bạn! Hôm nay chúng tôi muốn giới thiệu với các bạn về bữa tiệc mà chúng tôi lên kế hoạch tổ chức vào buổi sáng ngày chủ nhật tới.
Bữa tiệc được tổ chức tại làng trẻ Việt Nam ở Ngõ 1, đường Phạm Văn Đồng, phường Mai Dịch, quận Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội, chúng ta sẽ cùng sinh hoạt với các em nhỏ, các bạn ở làng trẻ SOS Việt Nam. Mục đích của chúng tôi là được giao lưu, được thể hiện tình yêu thương, sự đồng cảm của mình tới những người có hoàn cảnh có khăn hơn.
Chúng ta sẽ tập trung tại cổng trường lúc 7 giờ, đến làng trẻ em vào khoảng 8 giờ ngày 2 tháng 10.
Trước khi khởi hành, một nhóm bạn sẽ thực hiện nhiệm vụ mua đồ ăn nhẹ và thức ăn chuẩn bị cho bữa trưa. Chúng tôi đã đưa ra kế hoạch cho buổi hoạt động ngoại khóa này :
Sau khi đến làng trẻ em, một nhóm các bạn sẽ phụ giúp các cô chú các công việc như quét sân, lau nhà, tưới nước,... Một nhóm đến chơi với các bạn tại " ngôi nhà chung" này. Nhóm thứ 3 sẽ nấu ăn, chuẩn bị cho bữa tiệc. Và nhóm cuối cùng sẽ chuẩn bị trang trí quang cảnh xung quanh. Bữa tiệc nhỏ này sẽ được trang trí đẹp mắt nhưng cũng rất ấm cúng, những chi tiết được trang trí tạo cho chúng ta và mọi người cảm giác thân thiện, quen thuộc, gần gũi. Chúng ta có thể trang trí bằng những quả bóng bay, những bông hoa, băng rôn, ...
Bên cạnh việc trang trí, nấu ăn, chúng ta sẽ tổ chức các trò chơi tập thể, thi múa hát, làm thơ, kể chuyện,... vào buổi sáng. Chúng ta sẽ ăn trưa tại đó vào khoảng 10 giờ 30 rồi nghỉ ngơi khoảng 1 tiếng. Vào buổi chiều, chúng ta sẽ cùng các bạn ở làng trẻ em vẽ tranh, tô màu, vẽ nên những ước mơ của chính mình. Đến khoảng 3 giờ chiều, chúng ta sẽ tổ chức chương trình tặng quà cho các em nhỏ. Nhóm chúng tôi sẽ chuẩn bị những món quả nhỏ như bánh kẹo, đồ chơi, sách, bút,... và các bạn tham gia có thể mang theo những món quà mà các bạn muốn tặng. Cho dù chỉ là những món quà nhỏ, nhưng tôi tin đó sẽ là niềm vui của các bạn nhỏ tại làng trẻ em.
Buổi sinh hoạt của chúng ta sẽ kết thúc vào khoảng 4 giờ chiều.
Đây là kế hoạch mà nhóm chúng tôi đề ra. Các bạn có muốn được trải nghiệm giống như một tình nguyện viên không? Các bạn có muốn biết hoạt động hàng ngày của các em nhỏ ở làng trẻ em SOS Việt Nam như thế nào không? Các bạn có muốn chia sẻ những niềm vui, niềm hạnh phúc của mình tới những người có hoàn cảnh khó khăn không? Tôi tin rằng, buổi ngoại khóa này sẽ là 1 bữa tiệc, 1 trải nghiệm hết sức thú vị và ý nghĩa đối với tất cả mọi người. Vì vậy, các bạn còn chờ gì nữa mà không đăng kí tham gia cùng chúng tôi?
