Trong khi tiếp nhận đặt phòng của khách, nhân viên đặt phòng phải kiểm tra xem số lượng phòng và loại phòng còn trống (available room) của khách sạn có đáp ứng yêu cầu của khách hay không? (Kiểm tra trên hệ thống phần mềm)
