- Bên B sẽ thanh toán phí vận chuyể

- Bên B sẽ thanh toán phí vận chuyển và dịch vụ với Bên A cho từng lô hàng vào ngày 15 và ngày 30 hàng tháng. Đối với hóa đơn bên A giao hóa đơn cho bên B từ ngày 01 đến ngày 05 hàng tháng, Bên B phải thanh toán trễ nhất là ngày 15 cùng tháng , đối với các hóa đơn bên A giao cho bên B từ ngày 15 đến ngày 20 hàng tháng bên B phải thanh toán trễ nhất vào ngày 30 cùng tháng. Tỷ giá áp dụng là tỷ giá bán ra của Ngân hàng TMCP Ngoại Thương – HCM vào ngày 02 bên xác nhận đồng ý việc thực hiện vận chuyển hoặc các thỏa thuận khác.
- Bên A đồng ý cho Bên B hạn mức tín dụng 10,000 USD. Tại bất kỳ thời điểm nào nếu tổng công nợ của Bên B đối với Bên A vượt quá hạn mức 10,000 USD thì Bên A sẽ gởi thông báo và Bên B có trách nhiệm thanh toán công nợ vượt hạn mức trong vòng 15 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được thông báo của Bên A.
