Như thảo luận với các bạn tại cuộc họp trong văn phòng của bạn ngày ngày 04 tháng 11 năm 2016 về việc hợp tác đầu tư giữa PV OIL và New Day Group, chúng tôi xin xác nhận rằng chúng tôi sẵn sàng đầu tư vào New Day Goup lên đến 75% cổ phần chi phối trong lĩnh vực bán lẻ & bán buôn xăng dầu và phát triển tất cả các hệ thống kho cảng, cầu cảng, trạm xăng của New Day Group, đặc biệt là tăng thị phần kinh doanh các sản phẩm dầu khí của New Day Group tại Yangon kể từ năm 2017.
Chúng tôi được biết Chính phủ Liên bang Myanmar chưa xem xét PV OIL - một nhà đầu tư nước ngoài tham gia trực tiếp vào thị trường bán lẻ xăng dầu của Quí Công ty thời điểm này tại Myanmar. Việc hợp tác kinh doanh bán lẻ xăng dầu giữa hai bên sẽ được xem xét vào thời điểm thích hợp thuận lợi sau khi hai chính phủ Việt Nam và Myanmar có ý kiến chính thức.
Trước mắt, chúng tôi đề nghị hai bên sớm tiến hành ký kết thỏa thuận hợp tác, cung cấp các thông tin cần thiết và thành lập Nhóm Dự án để PV OIL sớm có thể đầu tư vào New Day Energy Group.

As discussed with you at the meeting in your Office on December 11, 2016 on the investment cooperation between the OIL and the New Day Group, we would like to confirm that we are ready to invest in New Day Goup of up to 75% of the shares in the dominant retail & wholesale sector petroleum and develop all storage system ports , the Harbour Bridge, the gas stations of the New Day Group, especially the rising market share of sales of petroleum products of the New Day Group in Yangon since the year 2017.We know the Federal Government of Myanmar has not yet reviewed the PV OIL-a foreign investor directly involved in gasoline retail markets of the moment in Myanmar.
