Phương pháp timeboxing là tạo một bảng kế hoạch cho công việc cụ thể và có thiết lập thời gian. Phương pháp này giúp chúng ta làm hết sức mình để hoàn thành dự án đúng thời gian deadline. Nguyên lý tạo timeboxing cực kỳ đơn giản, chia nhỏ công việc dài thành những khoảng thời gian nhỏ. Và khi hoàn thành những dự án nhỏ, nó sẽ khích thích chúng ta hoàn thành công việc còn lại. Để thực hiện timeboxing chúng ta cần thực hiện 5 bước: kick-off, investigation, refinement, consolidation, close up.

The system should also be personalisable. For example, if I want a facility that someone else doesn’t want, I should be able to commission it and use it, like a browser plug-in
The system must be fast, user friendly, and should be error-free
