Regarding the comment from last night at Bayview;
At 23:00, Nurse inform that she have just given medical help for 2 guests in 479. Ms. Phuong and her husband have dinner at BayView Restaurant around 8.00P.M on 21st, May. 30 mins after eating they felt not good. Both of them have diarrhea 3 times until they get medical assistance from nurse. Guest doubt that maybe the reason is the beef that they eat in restaurant was cooked not well done. After check Nurse give guest some medicines: Smecta and Biovita to help them stop diarrhea. DM check with guest: they feel OK now and give guest FOOD HYGIENE INCIDENT HANDLING CHECKLIST to collect information for FOOD HYGIENE INCIDENT HANDLING PROCEDURE

If the guest wish to have the beef cooked more for BQ they can request.
All Beef are from Australia,$$$, not bad and not spoiled las tnight. All Beef high turnover and cut fresh last night’; like every night. I see myself.
Last night over 300 dinners at Bayview; without complains.
If you prepare check list send to F&B please to Bayview.

Thank you and we care for the guests if they need to cook the beef more as requested. The food last night was not SPOILED.
