Theo tôi, giáo dục là nền tảng để xây dựng nhân cách con người và phát triển tương lai của 1 đất nước, 1 xã hội.
Trong giáo dục, người thầy giáo có một vai trò hết sức quan trọng. Theo Uyliam Batơ Dit, "Nhà giáo không phải là người nhồi nhét kiến thức mà đó là công việc của người khơi dậy ngọn lửa cho tâm hồn", một thầy giáo giỏi phải biết phương pháp truyền đạt kiến thức, và truyền cho học sinh niềm yêu thích, đam mê môn học.
Tôi là giáo viên môn văn và mục tiêu cuối cùng của tôi là khiến học sinh say mê sách và có phương pháp đọc sách, có phương pháp và tinh tế trong cảm nhận tác phẩm văn học, cuối cùng, là sống có lý tưởng, ước mơ, yêu cái đẹp và nhân hậu.
