Tiến hành nghiên cứu trên 47 cặp vợ chồng vô sinh thực hiện ICSI tại IVFMD, bệnh viện Mỹ Đức.
2.1.1. Tiêu chuẩn nhận
Vợ Chồng
- Tuổi: từ 18 - 38
- Số lần điều trị ≤ 2
- Số trứng chọc hút ≥ 8, số trứng ICSI ≥ 5 - Tuổi ≥ 18
- Tinh dịch tươi.
- Mẫu thỏa chất lượng: thể tích ≥ 2ml, mật độ ≥ 20x106/ml, di động tiến tới ≥ 20%.
