5.1 Hợp đồng này có thời hạn từ ngày …../……/…….. đến hết ngày …../……/…….. và có hiệu lực từ ngày ký. Nếu bên nào có yêu cầu hủy bỏ hợp đồng phải thông báo bằng văn cho bên kia trước 30 ngày.
