- Các giải pháp từ người dân sẽ là bền vững nhất vì người dân là người hiểu rõ nhất năng lực, nguồn lực của họ phù hợp mức độ nào
- Sự ủng hộ từ chính quyền địa phương sẽ giúp người dân có nhiều tiếng nói hơn đến người ra quyết định.
