Các công việc đã đảm nhiệm:
- Từ tháng 8/2012-8/2015: Là tổ trưởng đo khuôn và quản lý tiến độ sửa chữa ,bảo dưỡng khuôn đúc. Công việc hàng ngày là lập chỉ thị công việc cho các ca dựa vào đó để quản lý được thời gian và kỳ hạn hoàn thành. Đo khuôn và lập chỉ thị sửa cho khuôn sửa, khuôn mới. Viết báo cáo, tổng hợp dữ liệu sửa khuôn và tiến độ sửa chữa khuôn hàng ngày để báo cáo lên cấp trên. Theo dõi kế hoạch sản xuất hàng tháng để đưa ra kế hoạch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa khuôn, đảm bảo tuổi thọ của khuôn và chất lượng sản phẩm đúc ra.
- Từ tháng 9/2011-7/2012 : là nhân viên phòng đo ,sử dụng máy đo 3 chiều CMM. Công việc hàng ngày đo khuôn sửa chữa, khuôn mới .Tổng hợp dữ liệu và tìm phương án sửa chữa tối ưu nhất, ngoài ra tôi còn sử dụng thành thạo các máy đo độ nhám, máy thử độ bền, độ cứng và các dụng cụ đo khác
- Từ tháng 06/2008 đến tháng 08/2011: là nhân viên phòng gia công khuôn mẫu, sử dụng thành thạo các máy NC,CNC, EDM, WEDM…. công việc hàng ngày sử dụng các máy gia công để sửa chữa và chế tạo khuôn mới.
