 Căn cứ bộ luật lao động số 10/201

 Căn cứ bộ luật lao động số 10/2012/QH13 của nước Cộng Hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt nam ban hành ngày 18/06/2012;
 Căn cứ vào các văn bản pháp lý của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết và hướng dẫn thi hành Bộ luật Lao động;
Tổng Giám đốc Công ty Giày Rieker Việt Nam ban hành Nội quy này nhằm mục đích để các bộ phận và cá nhân hoàn thành tốt chức năng, nhiệm vụ được giao, tăng cường kỷ luật lao động và trách nhiệm vật chất đối với người lao động; để nâng cao ý thức làm chủ của người lao động, phát triển sản xuất, đồng thời bảo đảm quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp cho người lao động và công ty.
Bản Nội qui này gồm 09 Chương và 45 Điều.

 Pursuant to the Labor Law No. 10/2012 / QH13 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam dated 18/06/2012;
 Based on the legal documents of the Government shall detail and guide implementation of the Labour Code,
the General Director of Vietnam Rieker Shoes promulgated Rules aims to individual parts and complete functions, tasks assigned, strengthen labor discipline and material liability for employees; to raise awareness of worker ownership, production development, while ensuring the legitimate rights and benefits for workers and companies.
The code of conduct consists of 09 chapters and 45 Articles.
