1.Giá cả : Tùy theo phát sinh của từng chuyến bên A sẽ báo giá cho bên B.
2.Phương thức thanh toán: Thanh toán cước phí chậm nhất trong vòng 05 ngày kể từ khi bên B nhận được đầy đủ các chứng từ như dưới đây :
a. Hóa đơn tài chính ( Theo đúng quy định của Bộ tài chính )
b. Bảng kê chi tiết chuyến vận chuyển
3.Hình thức thanh toán : Chuyển khoản hoặc Tiền mặt
4.Loại tiền thanh toán : Tiền đồng Việt Nam
Điều 4 : ĐIỀU KHOẢN CHUNG:
- Hai bên cam kết thực hiện nghiêm chỉnh các điều khoản trên. Nếu có trở ngại ngoài ý muốn, hai bên sẽ thông báo cho nhau để cùng nhau hợp tác giải quyết.
- Nếu hai bên không thương lượng được thì sẽ đưa ra Trọng tài Kinh tế TP. HCM xét xử. Phán xét của Trọng tài Kinh tế là quyết định cuối cùng.
- Thời gian thực hiện hợp đồng : từ ngày … tháng… năm 2015 đến hết ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2015
