- Nhận các chứng từ và hợp đồng có liên quan đến hàng hóa xuất nhập khẩu của khách hàng từ phòng kinh doanh, kiểm tra chứng từ, liên hệ với khách hàng để xác nhận và điều chỉnh các sai sót trong chứng từ.
- Lập tờ khai hải quan xuất nhập khẩu, làm Invoice, Packing list, định mức, đăng ký các công văn cần thiết tùy theo loại hình xuất nhập khẩu.
- Trao đổi chứng từ với khách hàng và thanh lý tờ khai.

Parts documentation-Receive the vouchers and contracts related to import and export goods of customers from sales, testing vouchers, contact with the customer to confirm and correct the errors in the documentation.-Set up import-export customs declarations, make Invoice, Packing list, norms, Subscribe to the dispatch necessary depending on the type of export.-The exchange of documents with customers and liquidate the Declaration.
