đối với một số người luôn có ý kiến làm việc tại nhà là lợi ích của nhân viên. Theo ý kiến của tôi điều đó vừa có lợi và trở ngại cho nhân viên
Đầu tiên lợi ích nhân viên có được từ làm việc tại nhà là họ có thể tranh thủ thời gian mọi lúc để có thể hoàn thành công việc một cách sớm nhất. Làm tại nhà thì không gian riêng tư của nhân viên sẽ nhiều hơn, như vậy tính bảo mật cho công việc đó cũng cao hơn ( đối với những công việc cần bảo mật tuyệt đối)
Trở ngại của nhân viên khi làm việc tại nhà là những phát sinh trong công việc, họ sẽ bị hạn chế trong việc giao tiếp, trao đổi ý kiến với các nhân viên khác. Hay một số công ty có tính bảo mật cao với các dữ liệu hoặc tài nguyên của công ty, khi một nhân viên làm việc tại nhà cần những dữ liệu hoặc tài nguyên đó họ sẽ khó khăn trong việc sử dụng nó ảnh hưởng đến tiến độ làm việc.
Nói chung tôi hoàn toàn đồng ý với ý kiến trên
