Vì nhà máy chuẩn bị đi vào sản xuất hàng loại nên bên cạnh việc tiếp tục đăng kí thử nghiệm sản phẩm mới thì QC phải kiểm nghiệm các sản phẩm để đưa ra thị trường. Tôi biết là bạn rất bận nhưng hy vọng rằng bạn có thời gian sắp xếp lại một số công việc của QC. QC có thể hoàn thiện dần các test kiểm nghiệm.
- về kiểm tra vô trùng:hiện này mỗi 2 loại môi trường là TSB và Thioglucolate.
- về kiểm tra thuần khiết: chưa có
- Kiểm tra hiệu lực:EID50/ TCID50/ PFU: Trong có có phương pháp TCI50 chưa được thành thạo
- Xác định hiệu giá kháng thể: HI, ELISA (not yet)

Để hoàn thiện được các test thì QC, tôi có một số đề xuất sau:
1. Phòng sạch
Ngoài phòng BSL3 thì còn một phòng tiêm khác.Nhưng hiện giờ phòng này không có air lock, không có passbox. Nên khi vào sản xuất, làm việc với công suất cao cần phải sửa lại phòng này để đảm bảo vô trùng trong quá trình làm việc.

2.Trang thiết bị
