Đại hội đồng cổ đông là cơ quan quyết định cao nhất của Công ty Cổ phần Bánh Kẹo Biên Hòa, là nơi đưa ra những chính sách về chiến lược phát triển của Công ty và bầu ra bộ máy quản lý cao nhất của Công ty là hội đồng quản trị, và bầu ban kiểm soát.

Hội đồng quản trị
Hội đồng quản trị là cơ quan quản lý Công ty, có toàn quyền nhân danh Công ty để quyết định mọi vấn đề liên quan đến mục đích, quyền lợi của Công ty, trừ những vấn đề thuộc thẩm quyền của đại hội đồng cổ đông. Hội đồng quản trị là nơi đưa ra những định hướng hoạt động kinh doanh của Công ty, quyết định bộ máy quản lý điều hành kinh doanh của Công ty bao gồm giám đốc và các phó giám đốc.
