Tăng cường phối hợp chặt chẽ chính sách tiền tệ với chính sách tài khóa và các chính sách vĩ mô khác, điều phối có hiệu quả các dòng luân chuyển tiền tệ phục vụ đắc lực cho mọi hoạt động trong nền kinh tế.
