Mục tiêu của dự án nhằm tăng cường tiếp cận quyền kinh tế - xã hội của phụ nữ di cư nông thôn, đặc biệt là phụ nữ di cư lao động trong khu vực không chính thức, tại Việt Nam. Ngoài ra, dự án này cũng nhằm thúc đẩy việc phổ biến và thực hiện các quyền đã được đề cập trong các luật liên quan như Luật bình đẳng giới, Luật phòng chống bạo lực gia đình, Bộ Luật lao động, Luật bảo hiểm y tế và bảo hiểm xã hội.
