Trách nhiệm chính:
• Làm công việc trợ giảng (TA), phải có mặt trong giờ ICT do Giáo viên nước ngoài giảng dạy. Hỗ trợ về phương diện ngôn ngữ như dịch từ khó, dịch những thuật ngữ về công nghệ thông tin và hướng dẫn bài thực hành cho học sinh.
• Phối hợp GV chính ngăn cấm các hành động nghịch phá, thiếu ý thức kỷ luật của học sinh trong giờ học ICT. Quản lý phòng máy để sẵn sàng sử dụng.
• Có thể được giao quản lý một phòng máy trong cơ sở phục vụ cho việc giảng dạy nhiều môn học như ICT, ESL, MOET…
• Chuẩn bị trước các chương trình cần thiết dựa theo class diary và theo thông báo từ phòng chuyên môn ICT. Đảm bảo chương trình quản lý lớp học ‘One Class’ hoạt động tốt. Chuẩn bị cho việc thi quiz, midterm và final của chương trình ICT như tiếp nhận đề thi, thông báo thời gian thi, in ấn đề thi, coi thi …
• Quản lý được sự cố như không truy cập được internet hoặc không download được chương trình cần thiết cho việc học tập, quản lý truy cập các website không lành mạnh ngay lập tức và phải báo cho Giáo Viên nước ngoài về các sites này khi học sinh download hay sử dụng.
• Thông báo Giáo viên liên quan về các sự thay đổi, không tùy tiện thay đổi mà không báo cấp quản lý.
• Phối hợp với Giáo viên để chăm sóc các trường hợp cá biệt (khi Giáo viên chính yêu cầu). Nắm được tình hình học tập và học lực của học sinh.
• Tham gia và hỗ trợ các hoạt động ở cơ sở.
Trách nhiệm khác:
• Nhập điểm thi ICT và gởi điểm ICT về bộ phận nhập liệu.
• Báo cáo cho phòng Chuyên môn ICT/ Quản lý cơ sở các sự cố liên quan vấn đề về chuyên môn, lịch dạy...
Yêu cầu chung:
• Giới tính: Nam/ nữ
• Tuổi: Từ 22 đến 35
• Bằng cấp: Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học
• Chuyên môn: Công nghệ thông tin
• Kỹ năng: Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, mạng và phần cứng, Internet, Email, Photoshop, Dream weaver…
• Trình độ Anh văn: Đọc tốt tài liệu chuyên ngành, giao tiếp tiếng Anh thành thạo.
• Các yêu cầu khác: Ngoại hình dễ nhìn, siêng năng, chịu khó, có trách nhiệm trong công việc
• Ưu tiên: Đã có kinh nghiệm trợ giảng
