Nếu Bên B (i) giao hàng chậm; hoặc

Nếu Bên B (i) giao hàng chậm; hoặc (ii) chậm thông báo thời gian giao hàng mới so với quy định tại Điều 2.2 trên đây; hoặc (iii) chậm xác nhận Đơn Đặt Hàng so với thời hạn quy định tại Điều 2.1 trên đây, thì Bên B sẽ phải chịu một khoản phạt bằng 0,2%/ngày (“Lãi Suất Phạt”) trên tổng giá trị Đơn Đặt Hàng cho số ngày chậm trễ. Ngoài ra, Bên B còn phải bồi thường cho Bên A mọi thiệt hại mà Bên A phải chịu phát sinh từ một hoặc nhiều hành vi nêu từ mục (i) đến (iii) của Điều 2.3 này.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If Party B (i) delivery is slow; or (ii) slow to announce the new delivery time than stipulated in article 2.2 above; or (iii) confirmation of orders slow in comparison with the time limit specified in article 2.1 above, the B Side will suffer a penalties by 0.2% per day ("Penalty Interest") of the order value for the number of days of delay. In addition, party B must indemnify party A all the damage that A Party must bear the arising from one or more of the above mentioned acts from items (i) to (iii) of article 2.3.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If Party B (i) slow delivery; or (ii) delay in notifying the new delivery time than specified in Article 2.2 above; or (iii) confirmation Order slow compared to the time limit specified in Article 2.1 above, then Party B will be subject to a penalty equal to 0.2% / day ( "Penalty Rate") of the total value of Unit order to delay some days. In addition, Party B has to pay compensation for any damage that Party A Party A suffer arising out of one or more acts mentioned in subparagraphs (i) to (iii) of this Article 2.3.
