tôi đã sử dụng dịch vụ của bưu điện gần 2 năm rồi. hôm nay tôi viết bức thư này để mô tả chất lượng những dịch vụ mà tôi nhận được .cũng như bao người khác ,tôi đã tìm đến văn phòng của bạn được trang bị rất tốt và rất đáng tin cậy.nhìn từ ngoài vào tôi rất ấn tượng về cảnh quan nơi đây rất đẹp , rộng lớn và sạch sẽ,được cải thiện hơn rất nhiều so với năm trước.và điều kiện an ninh chặt chẽ .tuy nhiên một số nhân viên còn có thái độ mất lịch sự với khách hàng.theo tôi cần phải sửa chữa ngay cái thái độ này.bên cạnh đó thời gian mở cửa không quá muộn .giá cả của dịch vụ cũng hợp lí.thời gian đưa thư và báo thì đúng giờ hẹn.và tôi cũng khuyến khích dịch vụ bạn đã làm việc cũng rất tôt. tôi hy vọng dich vụ của bạn ngày càng tốt và phát triển hơn nữa để đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng
