Giữ vệ sinh cá nhân tốt
• Người chăm sóc trẻ cần rửa tay bằng xà phòng và nước sạch trước khi cho trẻ ăn hoặc tiếp xúc với thức ăn, sau khi đi vệ sinh, sau khi tiếp xúc với thực phẩm tươi sống.
• Mặc quần áo sạch sẽ, đầu tóc gọn gàng khi chuẩn bị thức ăn.
