Vì thế, nghiên cứu này phục vụ cho mục đích đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm cá ở Việt Nam so với tiêu chuẩn thế giới dựa vào hàm lượng dinh dưỡng và độc hại chứa trong một số mẫu cá nước mặn và nước ngọt được thu thập từ các tỉnh thành phố Nha Trang, Ninh Thuận và Đà Lạt. Thông qua phương pháp k-zero chuẩn IAEA xác định được hàm lượng mg/kg các nguyên tố vi lượng, chỉ số k0-IAEA có trong các mẫu cá thu thập được ở ba tỉnh thành phố trên, các thông số kết quả tính toán đã được cho trong bảng.

Thus, this study serves for the purpose of assessing the quality of fish products in Vietnam compared with world standard based on the nutritional and toxic concentrations contained in some saltwater fish and freshwater samples were collected from the city of Nha Trang, da LAT and Ninh Thuan.
