• Trưởng phòng thí nghiệm , quản lý kỹ thuật, QLCL xem xét đánh giá chọn ra các nhà sản xuất/cung ứng/thầu phụ có uy tín, để đưa vào danh sách nhà sản xuất/cung ứng/thầu phụ, trình lãnh đạo Công ty phê duyệt.
• Quản lý kỷ thuật chịu trách nhiệm về kỹ thuật và QLCL giám sát về chất lượng hàng hoá và tiến độ giao hàng, chất lượng dịch vụ để kiến nghị có nên tiếp tục sử dụng mua thiết bị/dịch vụ hay không. Mỗi nhà sản xuất/cung ứng/thầu phụ có phiếu theo dõi.
• Nhà sản xuất/cung ứng/thầu phụ sẽ bị loại khỏi danh sách nếu vi phạm về chất lượng hàng hoá, tiến độ giao hàng hoặc dịch vụ từ 02 lần trở lên.
