Kể từ phong trào phụ nữ diễn ra vào những năm 1960 ngày càng có nhiều phụ nữ tham gia vào thị trường lao động. Tuy nhiên có quá ít phụ nữ nắm giữ vị trí quyết định bởi vì đấu óc họ thấp kém đúng không. Tôi không đồng ý với ý kiến trên.
Vì phụ nữ dành quá nhiều thời gian cho gia đình như nội trợ, chăm sóc gia đình.
Nếu như người đàn ông dành toàn bộ thời gian cho công việc thì người phụ nữ phải mất một khoảng thời gian làm nghĩa vụ thiêng liêng là thiên chức làm mẹ.
Trong công việc người phụ nữ thường dễ mềm lòng, dễ thuyết phục không quyết đoán như người đàn ông.
Vẫn còn nhiều định kiến xã hội về vấn đề bình đẳng giới.
Thực tế ở Việt Nam hay các quốc gia trên thế giới vẫn có nhiều phụ nữ nắm quyền lãnh đạo quyền lực như bà Mai Kiều Liên chủ tịch công ty sữa vinamik, bà Thái Hương chủ tịch công ty sữa TH true milk, "Bà đầm thép" của nước Đức Angela Merkel, lãnh đạo Đài Loan bà Thái Anh Văn
