3.2.1 : nhận xét về tổ chức bộ phận
Tổ chức bộ phận của công ty rất rõ ràng ,hiệu quả và rất khoa học. cách tổ chức các bộ phân của công ty đảm bảo nề nếp ,quy củ ,kỹ cương ,có tính tổ chức,tính khoa học, tính kỷ luật và tác phong công tác. Có sự đoàn kết nhất trí, các bộ phận luôn hỗ trợ nhau để hoàn thành mọi công việc , giúp công ty càng ngày càng phát triển vượt bậc.
3.2.2 : nhận xét về mối quan hệ làm việc
Trong quá trình thực tập tôi đã có được kinh nghiệm, cách giao tiếp, ứng xử với sếp với các đồng nghiệp của mình ,và nhận ra rằng duy trì các mối quan hệ trong công việc là rất cần thiết vì Nó không chỉ quan trọng trong suốt quá trình làm việc của bạn mà còn rất cần thiết nếu bạn muốn thay đổi công việc. Nơi tốt nhất và dễ dàng nhất để bắt đầu tạo dựng chúng chính là tại phòng làm việc của bạn. mỗi người trong công ty, từ sếp cho tới những người cấp dưới và kể cả những đồng nghiệp mới đều có khả năng giúp đỡ bạn trong bất cứ công việc nào, không những thế họ còn là động lực thúc đẩy niềm yêu thích và say mê công việc của bạn.
 Với sếp: Thành công hay thất bại trong sự nghiệp của bạn phụ thuộc lớn vào cách ứng xử của bạn đối với sếp của mình. Bởi sếp là người nắm quyền quyết định mọi vấn đề liên quan đến lương bổng, các cơ hội phát triển và tiến thân trong sự nghiệp của bạn. Hơn thế sếp còn là một người cố vấn cho bạn những kinh nghiệm cần thiết không chỉ trong công việc mà còn trong cả cuộc sống, hướng dẫn và vạch ra các cơ hội nghề nghiệp, giúp bạn tiến xa trong sự nghiệp của mình
 Với các đồng nghiệp: Hãy xây dựng những mối quan hệ thân thiện với những người cùng làm việc với bạn bằng cách: tìm những điểm mạnh và khen họ một cách chân thành, giúp đỡ nhiệt tình khi họ cần đến bạn… Có thể mời họ uống cà phê hoặc mời họ một bữa ăn trưa sau giờ làm để hiểu thêm về họ và thảo luận nhiều lĩnh vực khác nhau. Một khi bạn đã tạo dựng được mối quan hệ với các đồng nghiệp, bạn sẽ dễ dàng tiến nhanh trong sự nghiệp của mình.
Trong quá trình thực tập tôi nhận thấy các đồng nghiệp của mình luôn luôn hòa đồng, vui vẻ và hay giúp đỡ mọi người và đặc biệt là một người mới như tôi, tôi xin gửi lời cảm ơn tới các bạn đồng nghiệp đã giúp đỡ tôi trong suốt quá trình thực tập .
