ĐIỀU 4: TRÁCH NHIỆM HAI BÊN.
4.1. Trách nhiệm Bên A:
4.1.1 Bàn giao mặt bằng và các tài liệu cần thiết để bên B thi công sau khi ký hợp đồng.
4.1.2 Thông báo kịp thời lịch trình thực hiện các công tác liên quan đến công trình.
4.1.3 Cử cán bộ kỹ thuật hướng dẫn, giám sát và xác nhận khối lượng công việc thực hiện cho bên B.
4.1.4 Nghiệm thu và ký xác nhận Biên bản bàn giao và Bảng quyết toán kịp thời sau khi bên B trình các văn bản này cho bên A.
4.1.5 Phối hợp với bên B để giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh để đảm bảo chất lượng công việc và tiến độ
4.1.6 Thực hiện thanh toán cho bên B đủ và đúng hạn như đã thỏa thuận ở Điều 2.
4.1.7 Cung cấp và lắp đặt sản phẩm cho Bên A đúng báo giá mà bên A đã duyệt.
