Mục tiêu của đề tài nhằm tìm hiểu tầm quan trọng các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình làm việc nhóm của các nhân viên có văn hóa khác nhau. Sau đó nghiên cứu các vấn để nảy sinh trong đó và tìm phương hướng giải quyết những vấn đề được tìm thấy. Phân tích sự giao thoa của văn hóa Đông – Tây ảnh hưởng đến hành vi của các cá nhân trong tổ chức, từ đó có những cách ứng xử hoặc quản trị phù hợp để hoàn thiện tổ chức và doanh nghiệp.
