- Sau giờ hành chính, bảo vệ kết hợp với các bộ phận, phòng ban của nhà máy tiến hành niêm phong các cửa xưởng, cửa kho. thường xuyên kiểm tra, đảm bảo an toàn các dấu niêm phong đến ngày hôm sau và bàn giao cụ thể lại cho chủ quản. mọi sự cố xảy ra liên quan đến các niêm phong như: (rách niêm phong, bong keo…) thì bảo vệ tiến hành lập biên bản, báo ngay cho ban lãnh đạo nhà máy biết để có hướng giải quyết.
- Sẵn sàng phối hợp với các vị trí khác khi có sự cố xảy ra.
- Khi nhân viên cuối cùng rời văn phòng, trưởng ca (nhân viên được giao nhiệm vụ) kiểm tra tổng thể văn phòng: đóng khóa tất cả các cửa, tắt điện, khóa van nước, kiểm tra an ninh, an toàn,…sau đó cùng với đại diện nhà máy tiến hành đóng khóa cửa chính và niêm phong theo quy định
