Những ý kiến được đề xuất đều được mỗi cá nhân trong nhóm đóng góp một cách nhiệt tình, khi một thành viên đóng góp ý kiến của riêng họ thì những người còn lại sẽ nghe và đóng góp thêm ý kiến nhằm giúp cho ý kiến đó được hoàn chỉnh hơn. Đối với những ý kiến không phù hợp và không thể phát triển được thì mọi người sẽ cùng đưa ra những quan điểm của từng cá nhân để chứng minh rằng ý kiến đó không khả thi và không tỏ ra muốn bát bỏ hoặc muốn tất cả mọi người phải nghe theo lời của mình. Tất cả mọi người trong nhóm đều làm việc thoe phong cách tôn trọng mọi người và mong muốn mọi người đều hợp tác với nhau nhằm giải quyết được case study bằng cách tốt nhất.
