Khi phát hiện một Bên vi phạm hợp đ

Khi phát hiện một Bên vi phạm hợp đồng thì Bên Bị vi phạm ra thông báo bằng văn bản yêu cầu Bên vi phạm chấm dứt hành vi vi phạm và có biện pháp khắc phục hậu quả trong vòng 03 (ba) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày phát hiện ra vi phạm; quá thời hạn 07(bảy) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận được thông báo mà bên vi phạm vẫn không chấm dứt hành vi vi phạm thì ngoài các quy định tại Hợp đồng giới thiệu sản phẩm số ……………………………., Bên bị vi phạm còn có quyền sau:
+ Yêu cầu bên vi phạm bồi thường toàn bộ thiệt hại phát sinh (nếu có);
+ Chấm dứt thực hiện Hợp đồng giới thiệu sản phẩm nêu trên;
