• Nếu Nhà Phân Phối vẫn vi phạm trong 2 tháng liên tiếp sau đó hoặc vi phạm thêm, Công ty sẽ gửi thư nhắc nhở lần 2
• Công ty có quyền xem xét chấm dứt hợp đồng, phạt vi phạm hợp đồng và yêu cầu Nhà Phân Phối bồi thường thiệt hại phát sinh
• Nhà Phân Phối phải hoàn trả toàn bộ phần ngân sách khuyến mãi, trưng bày thực hiện không đúng quy định cho Công ty
