 Lưu giữ chứng từ theo một cách logic
 Biết cách tính lãi, biết cách lập sổ tiết kiệm và các bước nộp hoặc rút tiền mặt cho khách hàng
 Biết cách tư vấn sản phẩm ưu đãi mới đến với khách hàng, giải đáp mọi thắc mắc để khách hàng được rõ hơn về các sản phẩm cũng như các ưu đãi của ngân hàng Bắc Á.
 Hiểu được vai trò của huy động tiền gửi tiết kiệm trong công tác huy động vốn.
 Biết cách xử lý tình huống khi khách hàng đến khiếu nại.
