Sự thiếu kinh nghiệm về CIT là một trong những rào cản của tôi. Người ta thường nói rằng muốn có kinh nghiệm thì phải đi nhiều nơi và làm nhiều việc, nhưng bởi vì tôi chưa có đủ kiến thức nên tôi không bao giờ dám thử nghiệm. Tôi lúc nào cũng suy nghĩ rằng khi nào có được cái này thì mới dám làm cái kia. Trước đây, bạn bè biết tôi học về CIT nên họ rủ tôi tham gia câu lạc bộ và các sự kiện dành cho người học IT. Tôi không dám tham gia vì sợ mình đến đó lớ ngớ hoặc không hiểu người ta nói gì. Dù cho có ở nhà đọc thật nhiều sách thì cũng không bằng một lần được biết đến tới những kinh nghiệm thực tế. Vì vậy tôi lúc nào cũng do dự và cứ chừng chờ cho tới khi nào mình học xong rồi thì mới đi tích lũy kinh nghiệm. Điều đó sẽ làm cho tôi tốn rất nhiều thời gian. Tôi nghĩ mình nên kết hợp học hành và trau dồi kinh nghiệm cùng 1 lúc để chúng có thể bổ sung cho nhau. Sự lo sợ về kiến thức luôn trì hoãn lòng học hỏi của tôi
