Tăng cường chính sách hợp tác quốc tế về kinh tế, chính trị, xã hội. Tạo mối quan hệ tốt với những quốc gia có tham gia hiệp hội như WTO, ASIAN, AFTA, …, gián tiếp thúc đẩy việc xuất khẩu hàng hóa, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho ngành giao nhận và vận tải phát triển.
