Bộ Công Thương dự kiến sẽ ban hành

Bộ Công Thương dự kiến sẽ ban hành thông tư hướng dẫn vào tháng 6-2015 để doanh nghiệp có thể tự chứng nhận xuất xứ (C/O) cho hàng hoá xuất khẩu sang Lào, Indonesia và Philippines, thay vì phải xin cấp C/O (form D) cho từng lô hàng như hiện nay.

Industry expected to issued circulars in June 2015 so that enterprises can self certificate of origin (c/o) for goods exported to Laos, Indonesia and the Philippines, instead of having to ask c/o (form D) for each shipment as it is now.

Ministry of Industry and Trade is expected to issue a circular to guide in January 6-2015 businesses can order certificates of origin (C / O) for goods exported to Laos, Indonesia and the Philippines, instead of having to apply for C / O (Form D) for each shipment today.
