Điều 13: Cam kết của hai Bên
13.1 Việc ký kết Hợp đồng này giữa hai Bên là hoàn toàn tự nguyện, không bị ép buộc, lừa dối. Trong quá trình thực hiện Hợp đồng, nếu cần thay đổi hoặc bổ sung một số nội dung của Hợp đồng này thì hai Bên lập thêm phụ lục Hợp đồng có chữ ký của hai Bên và có giá trị pháp lý như Hợp đồng này. Trường hợp có sự mâu thuẫn giữa Hợp đồng và Phụ lục về cùng một vấn đề thì các quy định tại Phụ lục sẽ có giá trị ưu tiên áp dụng.
13.2 Hai Bên cam kết thực hiện đúng các thỏa thuận đã quy định tại Hợp đồng này.
