4.1. Bên A có trách nhiệm cung cấp

4.1. Bên A có trách nhiệm cung cấp các thông tin phục vụ quá trình cung cấp lắp đặt thiết bị để Bên B nên phương án thi công lắp đặt.
4.2. Phải chuẩn bị đầy đủ các điều kiện cần thiết để bên B thực hiện việc bàn giao lắp đặt thiết bị và chịu trách nhiệm về thiết bị, phần mềm quản lý đảm bảo tương thích với mạng viễn thông. Phối hợp tạo điều kiện cho bên B trong quá trình cung cấp dịch vụ, bảo dưỡng và kiểm tra chất lượng dịch vụ .
4.3. Sau khi bàn giao thiết bị dịch vụ, bên A phải tự bảo quản và sử dụng các biện pháp cần thiết để bảo vệ thiết bị trong thời gian sử dụng.
4.4. Thanh toán đầy đủ và đúng hạn cho bên B theo Điều 3 của hợp đồng này.
4.5. Thông báo cho bên B mọi sự cố thiết bị hoặc gián đoạn liên lạc trong thời gian sớm nhất. Tuyệt đối không tự ý sửa chữa những trục trặc mà không biết chuyên môn có thể làm hư hỏng nặng thêm.
4.6. Sau khi hết hạn sử dụng Bên A có trách nhiệm hoàn trả lại bộ thiết bị cho Bên B
